The HO Syndicate Hardshell Boot & Binding System has earned its reputation as one of the most trusted hardshell setups in competitive slalom skiing. For this generation, HO refined every critical interface point — improving connection, adjustability, durability, and feel — while retaining the release characteristics elite skiers rely on.

At the core of the system is the new aluminum Pro Plate, designed with longer mounting slots to allow greater forward and backward adjustment on skis using traditional hole patterns. This expanded range makes dialing in stance easier and more precise.

The updated medium-volume liner is thinner throughout, including the sole, improving feedback and connection to the ski while maintaining comfort and support. Combined with HO’s Injection Molded Full Contact Outsole, the boot achieves full heel-to-toe contact with the plate, reducing lateral movement and increasing stability and agility on edge.

The spring-loaded heel release mechanism remains fully adjustable, allowing skiers to fine-tune release tension based on weight and preference. Updated stainless steel release components provide increased longevity in freshwater, salt, and brackish environments, while the revised release arm geometry keeps the heel more securely connected during skiing and creates additional space for the back foot — ideal for narrower stances or taller rear boots.

Fit customization comes from lightweight aluminum micro-adjust buckles, inspired by alpine ski boots. Use the ladder for quick tightening or micro-adjust the buckle for fine tuning. The upper cuff memory buckle ensures consistent fit every set.

To further improve reliability, HO increased both the surface area and thickness of the protective coated stainless steel toe hoop, delivering a more secure toe hold and enhanced durability.
