Since 1989, Performance Ski & Surf has been one of the nation's leading specialty retailers for waterskiing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, foiling, and snow sports equipment.

We're a locally owned business with a worldwide customer base, and we're looking for people who share our commitment to exceptional customer service and specialty retail.

Who We're Looking For

We're currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time retail sales associates at our Orlando store.

Our ideal candidates have:

• Previous retail sales experience and a strong customer-service background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in watersports, snowboarding, or outdoor recreation
• The ability to learn and explain technical products
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable personality
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends

Experience in watersports, snow sports, or specialty sporting goods retail is a major plus.

We're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and helping people make informed purchasing decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our sales team, you'll:

• Assist customers with selecting watersports and snow sports equipment
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and experience levels
• Help customers with equipment sizing, fitting, and product comparisons
• Maintain merchandise displays and a well-organized sales floor
• Learn about new products and technology from leading industry manufacturers
• Support daily store operations and deliver an outstanding shopping experience
