There are moments in product design when you do not add complexity — you remove friction. The all-new 2026 HO Syndicate Works 02 is one of those moments.
At a glance, the width remains unchanged, but everything that matters beneath the skier has evolved. This is not simply an update. It is a complete rethinking of how a slalom ski creates speed, stability, and freedom.
At the center of the new Works 02 is an entirely new multi-stage rockerline. The original Works 02 featured a beautifully continuous rocker profile: fast, predictable, and smooth. The 2026 design introduces something even more powerful — defined flat spots under the front foot and through the tail, including a true flat spot beneath both the front foot and fin.
This purpose-built geometry creates a calmer, more stable platform that naturally generates more angle and more space cross-course. The ski creates speed through reduced drag, improved support, and more efficient movement rather than excessive effort. The result is a ski that feels alive under pressure, stable when you need support, and incredibly responsive when you ask it to move.
The redesigned cross-section further refines efficiency by reducing sidewall height through the tail, allowing the ski to release cleaner and with less unnecessary resistance. The new bevel profile is smaller, cleaner, and faster, significantly reducing drag and suction while creating something rare in high-performance ski design: freedom of choice.
Because making a ski carve is easy. The challenge is building a ski that can drive hard and carve clean while still allowing the skier to break the ski free, scrub speed, smear, or reshape the line when needed to stay connected and keep the rope tight at the finish of the turn. That balance is where great skis separate themselves from good ones — and where the new Works 02 changes the conversation.
The new concave entry is our most aggressive to date, yet achieves exceptional efficiency and drive without relying on excessive concave depth. The result is more efficient flow into the wakes, stronger direction, and the sweet spot we have been chasing for years: stability without restriction, maneuverability without instability, and support without sacrificing freedom.
